I've been using the tool of journaling for years now and I'm thrilled to bring you one step closer to this exciting practice.
Journaling has helped me become aware of so many detrimental habits in my past and I've luckily been able to transform those into beneficial ones - And you can too!
But the first step is to become aware of everything that holds you back, has been placed upon you as a limitation and was never yours to carry. And journaling is the best tool for doing that!
